Genmai-gayu (Brown Rice Porridge)
Genmai (brown rice) contains 6 times the fiber and 7 times the amount of Vitamin B1 of polished white rice. Fragrant Genmai-gayu is cooked from a blend of white rice and brown rice.
Adding dried-scallops, chicken stock, Konbu (seaweed) and ginger to it, the blended rice (white and brown) is cooked on premises every day.
A vinegar of rich and complex flavor.
Blended with the three most valuable sea products; Oyster, Bonito and Kombu seaweed. This sweet sauce adds a hidden flavor to Kayu.
