YouTube Terms of Use
The Terms of Use (hereinafter, the “Terms”) of the Green House Foods YouTube account (hereinafter, the “Account”) are set forth as follows. Please use the Account only after agreeing to these Terms.
Operation
- Account name: As stated at the end of this document
- Operator: Green House Foods Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, the “Company”)
- Content: The Account distributes various information and content, including new products from the Company’s restaurants and deli shops, as well as public relations announcements.
- Posting hours: Weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (excluding year-end and New Year holidays, weekends, public holidays, and holidays designated by the Company). Posts may also be made outside these hours.
- Operation period: Operation of the Account may be terminated or deleted without prior notice.
Disclaimers
- The Company is not obligated to guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information posted on the Account.
- The Company bears no responsibility whatsoever for any damages incurred as a result of a user’s use of or inability to use the Account.
- The Company bears no responsibility whatsoever for comments, photos, videos, or other content posted by users on the Account.
- The Company bears no responsibility whatsoever for any trouble or disputes arising between users or between a user and a third party in relation to the Account.
- Copyright and other rights to user-submitted posts belong to the user. However, by posting, the user grants the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive right to use the posted content (including processing, excerpting, reproducing, publishing, and translating), and agrees not to exercise copyright or other rights against the Company.
- Copyright for information (videos, photos, text, illustrations, etc.) posted on the Account by the Company belongs to the Company.
- Advertisements that appear while viewing videos are unrelated to the Company. The Company bears no responsibility for any damages resulting from such advertisements.
- The Account is operated using systems provided by Google Inc. The Company cannot respond to inquiries regarding the operational status of Google Inc.’s systems. Similarly, the Company cannot respond to questions regarding the functions, usage, or technical issues of YouTube, Google Inc., or third-party software or applications.
Prohibited Acts
Please refrain from engaging in the following acts in relation to the Account.
If a user's behavior falls under any of the following, the Company may block the Account or unfollow the user.
- Identifying, disclosing, or leaking personal information without consent
- Defaming or damaging the reputation or credibility of the Company or third parties
- Infringing the copyrights, portrait rights, or intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
- Posting information contrary to laws or public order and morals (including information or images of illegal modifications or dangerous driving)
- Impersonating other users or third parties
- Posting for affiliate, advertising, or promotional purposes (including cases where users are directed to external sites that serve such purposes)
- Acts that fall under fraudulent conduct as defined by Google Inc.
- Content unrelated to the purpose of the Account
- Any other conduct reasonably deemed inappropriate by the Company
Response to Comments
Comments cannot be entered. For opinions or inquiries, please contact us through the inquiry form. The Company designates a department to manage the Account and responds through that department.
Handling of Personal Information
When the Company obtains personal information from users, it will be appropriately managed in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy.
Amendments to the Terms
The Company may amend these Terms without prior notice to users. Unless otherwise specified, the revised Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted on the Company's website.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising between the user and the Company in connection with the Account shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
