The Green House Foods Group has established and adheres to the "Green House Foods Group Social Media Policy" with respect to the operation and use of its official social media accounts.

Approach to Social Media

Based on our corporate philosophy centered on the company motto “Only by bringing joy to people can a company prosper,” as well as the shared values of the Group, we use social media with sincerity and in full awareness of social norms.

Mindset When Participating in Social Media

We will maintain an attitude of listening attentively to others.
We understand that information transmitted through social media is made public to an unspecified number of people, and that once posted it cannot be completely deleted. We are therefore committed to responsible communication at all times.

Hours for Posting Social Media Content

Weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (excluding year-end and New Year holidays, weekends, public holidays, and holidays designated by Green House Foods Group companies). Please note that posts may also be made outside of these hours.

Requests to Customers

The Group shall bear no responsibility for any damages incurred by customers as a result of using social media or being unable to use social media for any reason.
