Information Security Basic Policy

Green House Foods Co., Ltd. and its group companies (hereinafter, “the Group”) recognize that in carrying out corporate activities utilizing information assets (the Group's information and information systems), it is an important responsibility to ensure, maintain, and manage information security. Accordingly, we hereby establish this Information Security Basic Policy.

The officers and employees of the Group will fully recognize the importance of information security and will comply with this Information Security Basic Policy.

  1. Proper Management of Information Assets

    The Group will appropriately collect, share, store, and disclose information assets.

  2. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

    The Group will comply with all relevant laws and regulations concerning information security.

  3. Security Management of Information Assets

    The Group will implement security management measures to appropriately prevent unauthorized access to information assets, as well as their loss, destruction, alteration, or leakage.

  4. Education System

    The Group will regularly conduct training such as e-learning comprehension checks for officers and employees, instilling awareness of the importance of information security and ensuring the proper management of information assets.

  5. Continuous Assurance of Information Security

    The Group will review the status of compliance with information security and strive for its continuous assurance.
