About Shi-an gyoza

A casual Chinese restaurant where you can enjoy authentic Chinese cuisines casually, from a quick drink to banquets.

In 1998, Shi-an gyoza first opened in Shinjuku. As a casual Chinese restaurant, a wide range of customers come for the most popular dishes like crispy winged dumplings and noodle dishes.

Shi-an gyoza’ commitment

Crispy winged dumplings with domestic pork and domestic vegetables.

We offer two types of dumplings - “meat dumplings” with sweet and savory gravy and “vegetable dumplings” with no garlic and plenty of cabbage with ginger.

Shi-an’s specialty “Biangbiang noodle”

A local dish of Shi-an region, with the name deriving from the sound of slamming noodle dough on the board - “Biang, biang!”.

Providing authentic Chinese dishes in casual settings

Experience the skills of professionals! We are proud to offer popular dishes such as “Yamitsuki mapo tofu”, “Black vinegared pork”, and “Yurinchi chicken with plenty of spices”, based on the concept of “balanced diet leads to health”.
