We opened our first branch in Shinjuku Keio mall in 2001 with the idea of “providing healthy fast food restaurant where women feel welcomed”. In addition to congees with plenty of vegetables and with cheese and tomatoes, we also offer a variety of menus such as Chinese noodles and dim sums that are nourishing to the body and gorgeous.

The ratio of rice in our congee is two-thirds of white rice to one-thirds of brown rice. Brown rice is nutritious and low-calorie food, having 7 times more vitamin B1 and 6 times more fiber than white rice.
