Aside from pork cutlet business centered on “Pork Cutlet Shinjuku Saboten”, we pursue Japanese, Chinese, porridge, Spanish cuisines and more. We strive to make more customers happy through food and aim to be a company with the number one quality of hospitality in Asia.

Our group companies are engaged in a wide range of business development such as contract food services for government offices, offices, factories, hospitals, nursing homes, schools, etc., hotel management, and management consulting.

After the opening of the 100th store in 1995 and the first overseas store in Korea in 2001, we have grown both in and outside of Japan to have over 600 stores. Currently, we also have stores in the local stations, shopping streets, shopping centers, airports, service areas, and Tokyo Sky Tree.

In 1966, the first “Saboten” store opened in Shinjuku station / Odakyu Department Store underground shopping street. “Saboten” was named after the cactus plant (saboten in Japanese). While having the strength to survive without water for half a year, it also blooms pretty flowers - like the cactus plant, we hope our restaurant to be loved and appreciated by people for a long time.

Starting with the opening of its first store in Korea in 2000, Green House Foods have been working on overseas expansion and overseas partnerships centered on Asia such as with Korea, China, and Taiwan. Currently in March 2024, there are 112 stores centering on “Pork Cutlet Shinjuku Saboten”.
