Saboten is also particular about health and safety.

As a food service company, we give serious consideration to
the health and security of our customers as well as environmental issues.
Following this policy, we strictly select our ingredients.

Pursuing the true taste of pork

Saboten’s special pork, “Sangen-Mugibuta”, is raised carefully at 50 contract farms. Since approximately 70% of the wheat for the feed is produced locally under contract, the meat has superb red and white “marbling” with no unpleasant smell. Saboten takes great pride in its high quality pork which is a result of our closely managed process from feed production to stress-free hog raising, shipment and processing.

The crisp and delicious taste sets up apart.

Oil

Oil

To fry the pork crisp and not oily, Saboten jointly developed a special 100% vegetable oil with an oil manufacturer.

Breadcrumbs

Breadcrumbs

As a result of trial and error to test their affinity with meat and oil, a specially made coarse breadcrumb was developed that retains its crispiness long after frying.

Cooking technique

Cooking technique

Because we dredge the food to be fried in breadcrumbs right before it is fried, the result is like a beautifully bloomed flower. Management of the deep frying time and temperature control depending on the ingredients is critical to realize the best taste.

Focus on food safety and security

We carry out hand-washing every two hours for one minute to maintain good hygiene. In addition, we thoroughly separate the tools and equipment, such as cutting boards and knives, by ingredients.
